MDP Expansion Plan: “Army for MDP”: MD Alam
Army for MDP: Alam plans to establish 747 caucuses in all 83 counties & 20 standing Election Committees in targeted 20 counties in Michigan.
MD Alam is the founder of “#MichiganDem.ORG.” Alam plans to put 5449 new leaderships in the Michigan Democratic Party. Whether or not Alam is elected as the next MDP chair, he took the initiative to establish this “Army for MDP” by the end of March of 2019.
Alam’s proposed MDP expansion plan is very simple but it is the strongest idea to building the Michigan Democratic Party to meet the new cyber challenges and keeping Michigan as a pure Blue state. If elected, as the chair of MDP Alam hopes to expand the MDP to all 83 counties in the grass-root organization. Alam hopes to implement two (2) items in deploying the expansion of #ArmyForMDP to fight the Republican Party locally and bringing victory for Democratic Party. And he also hopes to defeat reckless, habitual lair Donald Trump.

It is time to consider for 83 Counties to enforces different caucuses. MDP must enforce nine different caucuses through out the state. The social media platform is epic and fundamental and MDP must take benefit out of that cyber space. We as a strong MDP we need to advance ourselves and need to build the social team now.
When I am elected as your next MDP chair, I will expand MDP to include the new additional leadership for 5449 positions which will empower the MDP with distribution and delegation of social media and cyber space challenges.

All 83 Counties must have
- Democratic Diversity Caucus (DDC)
- Democratic Veteran Caucus (DVC)
- Democratic Faith Caucus (DFC)
- Democratic Women Caucus (DWC)
- Democratic Student Caucus (DSC)
- Democratic Muslim Caucus (DMC)
- Democratic Latino Caucus (DLC)
- Democratic Asian Caucus (DAC)
- Democratic Progressive Caucus (DPC)
Item # 2: And Specially the listed 20 Counties must have all the above caucus plus as well as Democratic Election Committee (DEC). DEC must follow the at least 11 committee member structure. 7 (follow the item #1 structure) plus 4 members at large, which will equal (7+4=11) to 11 members.

We establish these (83×9=747) Committees. At least 7 people in committee
(1) President, (2) Vice President, (3) General Secretary, (4) Treasurer, (5) Organizing Secretary, (6) Publicity Secretary, and (7) Member Secretary
Total County = 83. Total Caucus Committee in each County = 9. Total member in each Caucus Committee = 7. So, there will be total newly appointed leadership in each county will be 9×7=63. Therefore, in state wide in all 83 counties there will be 83×63 = 5229 newly appointed leadership from Item #1.

There are highly competitive twenty (20) states that needed to be highly empowered based on voters records and demographics. Here is the list of the targeted 20 counties:

7. Livingston: Obama 42k, McCain: 56K
8. Kent: Obama 150k, McCain: 149K
9. Kalamazoo: Obama 77k, McCain: 50k
10. Jackson: Obama 37K, McCain 35K
11. Ingham: Obama 100K, McCain: 45K
12. Genesee: Obama 144K, McCain: 72K
13. Eaton: Obama 30K, McCain: 25K
14. Clinton: Obama 20K, McCain: 20K

In above listed county must have a Democratic Election Committee (DEC) consist of 11 leadership. So, in one (1) county we will have 11 DEC members, then in the twenty (20) counties we will have total of (20×11 = 220) 220 new leadership for DEC members.
Now, we have to add the total of Item# 1 (5229) and Item#2 (220). Lets add it now [5229+220=5449], now we will have a total of 5449 newly appointed MDP County wide leadership that will empower our technological cyber space challenges. We will call these 5449 leaders as the “Army of MDP Democrats”
